I had the pleasure to illustrate an article by Sharlene Gandhi for the third issue of Shado Mag "Climate Justice". Which gather an amazing collections of stories and articles from artists and activists all around the word.

In her article "Who defines development", Sharlene synthesizes Arundhati Roy’s work - displaying the two pressures that sandwich India: on one hand are the internal forces of religious violence, police brutality and the gradual stripping of indigenous rights, and on the other are the external threats of neo-colonialism, Americanisation, and global supply chains that increasingly push India down the global socioeconomic ladder whilst simultaneously promising the opposite.-
